Refunds
Am I eligible for a refund?


Simple answer: Yes.

Refunds are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts. No refunds are available once the event has taken place unless undertaken by the event organiser.

To assist with refunds you can make a refund request in your my.ticketworks account.

Alternatively you can complete the refund request by contacting us and include your full name, email address and receipt number along with number of tickets to be refunded.
