Payment From A Completed Event
When do I get payment from an event that has finished?

At ticketworks we check the completed event and ensure that all payments are finalised before sending payment to the organiser of the event.

With no charge backs or refunds that are required, we will pay out the completed event the next business day. Otherwise this will be completed within the standard 5-7 business days from event being completed.
