Cancelled Event
What happens to my ticket purchase once an event has been cancelled?


Once an event organiser has cancelled an event, ticketworks will issue a refund for the ticket purchase within 48 hours.

In the circumstances that the event organiser cancelled the event and moved the event date due to unforeseen reasons, you will have an option to either change the tickets to the new date or have a refund issued.

You will be notified either via email or phone regarding the event cancellation.
