What is ticketworks' Privacy Policy?

ticketworks ("us") are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect from you for processing ticketing orders and also in relating to use of our site and related services.

We do not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without concent, and shared only with us and the orginisation / business' ("our clients") using our service on their behalf.

Our clients also have access to your information since you are both our customer as well as their customer. As part of our contract arrangements with our clients, they are restricted from selling and / or disclosing your information to any other providers.

In addition, when you place an order with us your personal information and credit card information are safe.

We are very sensitive to this issue and as a pro-consumer company, seek to always protect our customers. If for some reason you find that this has not been the case, please contact us immediately.

ticketworks does not sell or trade your personal information to other parties / external services except from previously mentioned information in relation to ticketworks and the organisation listing the event.
